Dr. Shaden Marzouk, MD MBA, is a growth-focused CEO with a track record of taking global billion-dollar+ healthcare companies from challenging situations into desired results. In her latest role, as CEO of GenesisCare, she took a healthcare services company from years of financial losses, negative growth, and $2bn of debt – and turned it into a growing company with positive EBITDA that sustained on it’s own cash flow, with no bank debt.

She also serves as Board Director and Chairperson of the Board for PE-backed and public companies, mainly in medtech.  Shaden began her career as a neurosurgeon and U.S. Army Major, then transitioned into global senior leadership roles after receiving her MBA at Duke University and working as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs NY in the healthcare group. In addition, she advises early growth start-ups in AI and health technology.
